We made our name producing exquisite dinner party menus for the most discerning of guests all over Europe. Building on classical recipes with modern techniques and flair, we craft our dishes to always be familiar, but never ordinary.
Our private dining packages are split into three tiers, provided on an “all inclusive” basis meaning that everything from crockery and cutlery to equipment, waiting staff and travel is included in this price.

We work with you to design the perfect menu for you and your guests.
We purchase finest ingredients and prepare our ‘mis en place’ in our commercial 5* approved kitchens using pro-grade equipment.
Our chefs complete final preparations in your home or venue, with each dish expertly served by our waiting staff on fine porcelain, individually paired to each course.
Our team will clear down our workspace, leaving your kitchen spotlessly clean.
CAN MY GUESTS ORDER SEPARATE DISHES?
Except for dietary requirements which are always gladly accommodated, we discourage guests from choosing different dishes to the rest of the group. Our dishes have an average of 8 individually cooked elements per plate, and for even the most talented chef the extra complexity at the critical time of presenting your food may impact the quality delivered to the whole group. We would rather work with you to find a customised menu which all of your guests love - and are confident in our ability to do so!
If this is an absolute must for your guests then we are able to provide a second chef who will be able to produce a second menu of equal quality and so offer menu choices per course accordingly.
DO YOU HAVE ANY VEGAN MENUS?
We are happy to adapt and substitute items from any menu to accommodate guests with any dietary restrictions, though we feel that for groups that are predominantly vegan our skills of preparing European cuisine using classically inspired techniques would not be put to best use, and that other specialist chefs could likely outperform us in this niche.
HOW MANY STAFF DO YOU PROVIDE?
A minimum of one chef and one waitress is required to provide a restaurant experience for an event, and we would question any suggestions made by others that a chef alone will suffice without some aspect suffering.
As our packages are all inclusive we provide as many staff as are necessary within the same price. This means that for larger groups and more complex menus and venues additional support staff will be provided free of charge.
WHEN WILL YOU ARRIVE?
Unlike many independent private chefs we have fully registered commercial kitchens where we are able to prep, trim, chop and slow-cook to our hearts content in a clean, safe and legal environment before arriving at your chosen venue.
This means that we are able to arrive at your location as little as one hour before service and still deliver the same top class dishes with preparations full of all-day-cooking flavour without getting under your feet, saving ourselves showtime.
HOW LONG DOES SERVICE TAKE?
The total duration from canapés to dessert is typically 1.5-2.5 hours, depending on the number of courses, as menus with more courses will have smaller portions grouped more closely together to enable to flavours to mix and be enjoyed somewhat together.
We then will only need a short time to clear down (as any professional chef cleans as they go!) and (where applicable) will leave you and your guests to enjoy the cheeseboard and the rest of your evening in peace- the presentation board yours to keep.
WHAT KITCHEN EQUIPMENT DO YOU NEED?
We have a complete inventory of professional & portable equipment meaning that we are able to produce a fine-dining menu without relying on any equipment of your venue, though will make use of working hobs and ovens that are in place. Provided you let us know what to expect, we can create a menu that is achievable in your space no matter the what!
HOW MUCH SPACE DO YOU NEED?
We are able to cook in even the most compact kitchens but our greatest requirement is space to “plate up” dishes, adding the final touches to our presentation and ensuring all guests can be served at the same time.
If you are short on counter space we can provide folding tables and for the most extreme examples might suggest a sharing style service or even pitching a catering tent outside! Rest assured we have solutions for every eventuality.
